Old Crow Medicine Show

[for link to the Crows' official website, click on title above]
The Old Crow Medicine Show is the best: purveyors of a rollicking good time, beautiful renditions of old public domain songs from pre-radio days and their own originals. And politically engaged. Here are two clips:
with Gillian Welsh in England ~ (video)
and on the Prairie Home Companion from Wolf trap last memorial Day weekend ~ (audio only) This segment has Ketch Secor's new song, I Hear Them All, which is written in the voice of God. he told me it was inspired by Isaiah. It reminds me of Woody Guthrie. Others say early Dylan. Anyway, check it out, and also the rest of that show, in which the Crows play five times (unusual, but GK really likes them).
And here is the link to my article about them, published in Sojourners last January: Just scroll down to near the bottom in the Reviews section, and click on the first article entitled The Young Revivalists. (The editors title.) You will have to register to read it, but it's free.
